These SMS Terms & Conditions govern text messaging communications from Davis Computer Services, LLC d/b/a DCS Technologies (“DCS Technologies,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

SMS Opt-In

DCS Technologies gathers SMS opt-in consent verbally from our customers. By providing your mobile telephone number and verbally agreeing to receive text messages from DCS Technologies, you consent to receive conversational SMS/MMS messages related to technical support, service updates, appointment and scheduling information, account-related notifications, and responses to customer inquiries.

Consent to receive SMS/MMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with DCS Technologies and your technical support or service needs.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt-Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS/MMS messages from DCS Technologies at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, you may receive a confirmation message indicating that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS/MMS messages unless you subsequently opt in again.
